Hi Mountain jery cure is the best I have found. I use the hickory blend and
spice it about with white and black pepper.
Gander Mtn has it and some Menards have it too. Cost is around 6 bucks and
will do 15 lbs.

Thanx all

got a batch marinating now will let ya know how it turns out. Kinda a combo between the 2 with my own twist. No hot pepers but did add some garlic. Didn't have worchester so double the soy and teryaki, hope it turns out.

Wonder how horse radish would work? I like it and usually harvest it every yr. If one dried some up and ground into a fine powder like garlic powder.
