Time to see the monsters. Pick the biggest buck you have ever got on trail cam and post it. Feel free to share a story if you had an encounter or better yet got him!

Never seen him hunting but had him on camera 10 min before i got to my stand on gun opener...

Metro buck - wont get a shot at him     He is elusive and I cant quite figure out where to look for his sheds.   :doah:  I have been out a few times with no luck - once this snow goes down, I will get back out there.

Here is one from a couple years ago.  The trail camera picture and deer were taken on a neighbors property.  This was an old deer notice the hump in the trail picture.  To make things even better, it was the kids first rifle killed deer.  The picture was taken with a film camera and it wasn't developed untill after this deer was shot.  Imagine the surprise.

I don't have access to the biggest trail cam buck picture right now, but this guy is pretty respectable and should be even better next year! Now, if I can only track down his sheds...

passed on this gut 2 years ago,  20 yards,  30 min before shooting time.  Saw him one time this last year during bow season. he knew something wasn't right and hoped into some thick brush and just looked at something off in the distance.  I have 4 years worth of history.  still alive as far as I know. Here are the last couple of years.

Thats awesome that you have so much history - have you found his sheds at all.

I hope you are able to find him again this year   :deer:

Both these bucks were shot on the neighbors land.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.  If
you can't eat it or hump it.

Piss on it and walk away

no sheds yet.  the land is 4 hours north and there are a LOT of squirrels and porqupines.  We are narrowing down his core area.  40 acres 0f state land that were logged of 6 years ago.   The only hitch in our plans is that there is now over 300 acres of state land that were logged off last year and are now to thick to even try and walk through.  Here is a couple of more picks of the deer we call LUCKY.

I was running late getting up north and missed getting out by a couple of hours and arived in time to see him making this scrape on the edge of the food plot right below my stand.

Here he is circling down wind of me during muzzy season.  The does were right under my stand at this exact time.  I don't know if he was scent checking them or scent checking the box blind that I was in.
