well the lake has 4-7 inches on it but kind of shakey in spots someone reported a group trying to get a avt or snowmobile out and he also reported he broke through a couple places but managed to keep moving with his sled

Yes you are correct Russ a atv broke through last weekend and got hung up. The one thing is he was advised from a Buddy to stay clear of that area?We are still aways from venturing out any decent lengh with out taking unnessary chances. A guy can fish close to shore but again you  still have to be extra carefull. The lake  has some cracks and pressure ridges out further and with the warm weather predicted who knows how it will be this weekend. Lets all remember it is only Dec.6th
