Anybody got a beer stick receipe they are willing to share?

 ;D hey iceberg!  try my venison sausage receipe, the only thing you have to change is to add the same amount of beer , instead of the water for real BEER STICKS. BUT THEY TEND TO BE A LITTLE DRY !so i add about 1/4 cup of olive oil to each batch(1/3rd) and if you want them hotter a tea spoon of cyanne pepper.  and then i put them in the smoker for about 8 to 10 hours , depending on the wind , moisture.
