Shorty Hillman
My uncle sent me this today. 

FYI - Shorty Hillman passed away, he has been in the hospital since late December. Not sure exactly what his illness was.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Hillman family during this difficult time.

Benefit Pot Luck Dinner & Fish Fry for Earl “Shorty” Hillman
Westwinds Resort March 19th at 5:00 PM


Shorty Hillman who has been a large part of the Waskish community and Upper Red Lake Area has fallen ill and has spent several months in care facilities. Shorty and the Hillman family have suffered a substantial financial burden, this benefit will help to compensate the large medical and travel expenses incurred during Shorty’s time in the hospital.

Those that wish to attend can bring items to donate to the silent action or cash donations directly to Westwinds resort.

More bad news as shoty"s wife marlys has also passed away.The plesent thought will that they will once again be together. My prayers to Buddy, Collean, Char, Bernie, Bj and the rest of threre family
