Leech tourney results 1st day

Leech lake walleye tourney day one. My partner and I are in 5th place with 10.22 lbs.

First spot first fish a 27 3/4 6.26 lbs fish then two back to back 26.5 fish worked for four fish to finish in 5th place. Day two Sun need to get six and another big fish over 26"

Hope you did well today!  Did you use your slowdeath..or jig/minnow?  Neighbor told me there was a big Mayfly hatch this weekend on the lake.

Day two results fished my big fish spot all small fish only two to weight finished 27th out 0f 155 boats lots of fish 18 to 25 in the slot. Made a mistake on one move went to the wrong spot.

Used it all Corny crawler was the best with a spinner.
