The neighbor lets a guy bow hunt just off my property line. A couple years ago he shot the biggest one on my cams and this year he shot the biggest one again. I think he gets called by the farmer when he is combineing the corn and sits and waits tell the bucks walk out. Both weekends I was in ND hunting ducks and pheasents.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.  If
you can't eat it or hump it.

Piss on it and walk away

thats to bad. but alot of people deal with this. we call them vultures. some have very large sections of woods and they have to sit on the line. its stupid. but i guess if it works why not

Sorry to hear. My parents talked to the neighbor lady and she said that we have 2 10 pointers hitting the oat/rye food plot every day.  Brother was checking for spots to hang his stand and found 3 stands already on our south and west property lines.  The only thing we can do is plant fast growing trees and shrubs to block the view of the plot from the road.  we have already done this but the trees are getting eaten by the deer.  Will fence the trees next year and plant bigger trees.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.
