  Check with your local hardware store.  I just drop mine off and pick them up a week later.

Not that hard to sharpen yourself...  I use my Lansky hones.  The important thing to remember is that you have to keep the one side flat...ie no burr, I do the flat side just laying the blade on a flat surface.   Its harder on a spiral blade like a Nils but duable.
