New regulation books are available.
Just looked at the new regs on the DNR website. Nothing much has changed except the price of license went up. They made the lifetime license so expensive its not even worth it. It would take 47 years before you broke even.

How does it work if u move out of state and u purchased the lifetime licens while still a resident?
