Storing the portable

   I think I will bring my new used frabill one man home and drag it down the basement.  I just seems that the mice are too determined to chew up canvas in the pole barn.  We use dryer sheets, mothballs, glue boards and decon.  I would like to hang it but I'm not sure that would be 100% safe either.  Taking the canvas off is an option but putting the house in the basement at home is the only sure fire method.

I hang mine from the rafters and don't have any problems

i hang my on the wall, This year was my first year of having mice in it, .out of 15 years,I fine you should open in fall as mice are looking for places to call home,

i used to seperate the canvas on my clam and roll it up in a large plastic tote.. I also use those totes at the hunting shack for leaving extra clothes and blankets.

I take mine tot he car wash an spray it down clean, canvas all, the I get some of tha carpet deodorizer that u sprinkle an vaccum up, an generously apply that in the tub an all folds of the canvas, never had a problem. Its unreasonable, but keeping it set up works.
