headed up nort to zone one for the last weekend of firearms season. whats your opinion on this cold weather, by that I mean lows of 0, mean for deer movement? anyone think the ruts still in full mode???

i think it will be good for hunting i don't think the rut is in full swing yet i think the best is still to come in the next 2 weeks or so but good luck out there

Focus on food :-) Thats what my deer are doing. I think there is still minimal rut movement happening, but really tappering off.

I hunt the big woods of northern mn. I plan on keeping my eyes peeled to a trail with clover!!!!!! hopefully I can get some pictures to post of the bear den my brother found. its more then likely the same one that was there 15-20 years ago!!!!
