Ultimate Storm Hits Illinois

  Did you guys see the Ultimate Storm roll through Illinois this weekend.  I hope Lee and Borgie are not fishing with the Munchkins.  It would be quite the battle royal though.  Borgie and her bat vs the Wicked Witch of the west and her broom.  Lee could be the prize.

Thanks for your concern on this recent storm. I'll try to be brief in describing the event as it unfolded.

Well, the winds began to blow.....there was danger as you know....I wondered where to go.....I was quite scared oh no!

It was the wicked witch from the west and I figured we were doomed. I got a brief glimpse of her flying in the swirling wind. I turned around to warn Borgie but she had already run outside to confront the old hag. I ran to the closet to get the Borgie bat but, she had already beat me to it.

I sprang out the front door and there was Borgie and the wicked witch from the west face to face. Just as Borgie was about to let her have a Borgie beat down I grabbed the bat. As I looked at the old hag witch I felt sorry for her. I don't know why but, I talked Borgie into letting her go. As she flew off on her broom stick I wondered if I did the right thing. I mean what would you have done under the same circumstances?

 You clearly made the right choice.  No reason for Borgie to have lactic acid buildup and sore muscles more than once a year.  Greatoutdoors is enough of a workout.
