shotgun! i was hunting by a little stream of river on the bottom of a hill (whats the hunting term for that?)sitting on the ground with code blue estrous not even 5 minutes pass and i heard cracking leaves in the thicket and its him...i did 1 single grunt and he came looking for a fight stopped him at about 20 yards and the rest was history! biggest buck ive tagged in my career sure does mean alot to me!

In Nd he would be a 2 1/2 year old deer, I would guess the same for southern Mn ag country. You can age him looking at his molar teeth.
