I don't understand all the attention and press given to the national web site when we here in MN (most of us anyway) will not use it.  We have to use MNSURE which is just as broken. I've been at it since October 5, and still have not been able to buy a policy.  I have been in contact with the MNsure hot line more times than I can count.
