whats the reports? how much ice? temps? a couple friends and I are getting anxious, we want to get up there after the 1st of the year. I went for the first time last year out of cookies and had a blast and some great fishing! and now I look forward to going. we are trying to plan another trip.

Last post by cookie was August 25th

last update to his website was 6 months ago,  he does update his facebook almost daily. 

I need to get up there with a couple of my kids.

He has not answered my e-mail yet........

Cookie sent me a return e-mail......
He said that there is a lot of slush on red, he has not been able to get his houses out yet.
He also said that he heard fishing has been good, but has not been out himself.

things are still ugly here. Mother nature has thrown a wrench in my operations. With 12 plus inch of snow there is slush pockets out on the lake. Reports of just 10 inches of ice make me werry about traveling out there at this time
Blue thunder had a flat I got fixed Monday and yesterday had another flat tire. The red baron is waiting untell we ern some rental money to get her tranny. Still not sure if I can cut a trail over to hillmens or westwinds road. Then we need 14 plus inches of ice for the houses. wish us luck as we need it
