A-maze-N smoke product
A guy on my route told me about these products.  I ordered a 6x6 saw dust tray.  It was in my mailbox sat.  Its made in MN.  I put the tray in my grill(didn't light the grill) and put a fresh venison roast above it.  Smoked it for 6 hours and then brought it into the house and wrapped it with bacon and put it in the oven at 225 for 3 hours.  It was the BEST roast I have ever made.  Moist and plenty of smoke flavor.
