Wis. hunter found shot to death

January 7, 2007 MARINETTE, Wis. - Authorities are treating the death of a missing Hmong hunter as a homicide and have detained a 28-year-old Peshtigo man as a person of interest in the case.

Authorities say Cha Vang's friends called 9-1-1 on Friday to report the 30-year-old Green Bay man missing after he didn't reunite with his hunting group in a public wildlife area in Peshtigo.
Marinette County District Attorney Brent DeBord said a search went into the early morning hours on Saturday, but the hunter wasn't found.

Meanwhile, James A. Nichols showed up at a medical center in Marinette with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Authorities say Nichols was taken into custody and jailed on a probation hold from a previous, unrelated burglary conviction.

DeBord said Nichols has not been charged in Vang's death and it's too early to tell if Vang was targeted because he was Hmong.

So was the guys body found?  I am just interested in how they can call it a homocide and claim the guy is dead, if they can't find the body.  It would be really sad if they found out this was a retaliation shooting.  Chow Vang killed those people because he was an f'ing moron, not because he was Hmong.

 From what I watched on the news, he was found.

 Also, a man was seen at a local Hosp. with a gun shot wound and is in jail under another charge not related.

 So, the shooter could already be in the hands of the police

I couldnt help but notice the similarity in the name cha vang to the situation that occured two years ago in wisconsin  with that wacko chi vang.

Lemme guess...the ACLU or some other minority kiss ass organization will back him (Vang) and once again the white man-(innocent or guilty) will be protested upon by all other minority wah- babies.  (Sorry, but after the immigration/ICE raids at the Swift plants-I am more than ready to take our country back)

The ACLU makes things like this worse.  It can never be a man shooting a man in their eyes because they ALWAYS see color, but always peach to not see in color. 

Immogrant or not, it doesn't justify him dying though.

The guy who shot 6 hunters 2 years ago deserves to die by firing squad, not eat and sleep at my expense for the rest of his life.

I have to agree with all of you on one thing- a life is a life, and it really doesn't matter about the color of their skin/where their from.  It's sad that someone died.  I'm just waiting for all the "crapola" that goes along with this to start. 

Personally I am a believer in "an eye for an eye", if this guy purposely (without any doubt) went out of his way to kill another person...then by all means pop one between his eyes!  The world-namely the US is wayyyyyyy too soft.  And people wonder why crime rates are staggering!  I will stick by my comment I posted earlier though-It's time to get our country back!

I'll jump on it woody. I think you and I agree mostly. Lets get tough on crime and illegal aliens. Deport the aliens, harsher punishment for criminals and death by firing squad with hollow point bullets filled with pig blood for islamic extremist terrorists.

Well my dad is a fanatical watcher of court TV (personally I don't care for that station). Today I seen they had this thing on today so I told pops to keep tabs on how the situation is playing out.

I agree with woody. It is bad that someone lost their life no matter the color or race, but it will probably get turned into a racial thing as usual. We do need to take our country back. I have to stop now before I really start raging on and getting my MNO membership revoked.
