bear chops over a bed of hash browns and sauerkraut with a can of cream of mushroom on top baked at 350 until golden .. hard to beat...

unless...

there is a back strap medallion wrapped in bacon soaked in olive oil tossed on a grill...

I need a bear tag again.

There is hands down no finer cut of meat than buffalo tenderloin.

For me it's more where it's cooked than what is cooked.  Anything cooked on the grill while out hunting is the best.

I'm with deadeye except it doesn't have to be out hunting.  However everything on my new pellet grill is better then any other type of grilling I've done.
