Duluth bow hunt for deer lags behind long-term average.  Bow hunters in Duluth’s city deer hunt had registered a total of 272 deer as of Monday, of which 27 were antlered bucks. The total of 272 is well below the average from 2008 to 2013, which is nearly 400 deer. The hunt opened Sept. 13 and continues through Dec. 31. -
