Fishing in the Ely area has been slow, due to many cold fronts and rain. :doah:
The lake have come up to normal early spring levels over the last several weeks.
Fish are just nibbling, at best, but this will be expected to change once the water temps begin to warm up, and some weather stability comes.
I wish I could give better news, but want forum members who travel great distances to Ely need to hear a true report, and not what others want them to believe.  :happy1:

Your not just trying to discourage Borgie and I from coming up to Ely are you Jimmy? Just kidding! :rotflmao:
Your reports are always honest and appreciated. When it comes to fishing reports there is way to much bloviating out there. The folks that fall for that stuff are the ones seeking pie in the sky and they believe everything they read. :doah:
