Has anyone replaced the o ring in the female end of the tank connector.  You can see it if you look in the end where the quick connect knob would be inserted.  I have a 40 lb cylinder that has a bad o ring.

Glen, I don't think there is an o ring on the male end, just a flanged brass that seats against the o ring on the cylinder.

Had to out my thinking cap on but I just replaced O rings in the female ends of my pressure washer. Pretty sure I know where your talking. One would think you could replace it if you can get at it

its possible, but i go to a cenex fill.station and ask. some of those male.ends dont require a oring but some do. if its a smooth bullet then no. if it requires an oring then ther is an obvious slot in the bullet for it.
