meat roll up
I love bacon so when my daughter showed me a few pictures on pintrist I had to try it. 

First cut corners off of a gallon zip lock bag.  Put a pound of your favorite ground meat in and roll flat.  Make a bacon weave in a cake pan.   Cut edge of bag and put ground meat on top of bacon.  Add cheese, onions, peppers and potatoes on top and roll up.  Smoke until done.  You can also just bake it.

That does look tasty!!  Just like what is called a "Fatty".  We use bulk sausage and fill it with what you like and do  the bacon wrap.  good luck.
