That great little tool was used a lot by me.  One thing I liked it for was when we went camping on a electric site.  Put on a big chicken and then went fishing and came back to cook up a side dish and the meal was done.  My smoker took over most of the duties now but's its still in good shape and will be used at times.  good luck.

Just saw mine in the cupboard under my bar when i was looking for something.  I haven't used it in years but used to love that thing.  Maybe I'll bust 'er out one of these rainy days.  Obviously chicken is great, but I remember making some pretty great beef roasts in it as well.

What a great idea!  We bought one a few years ago and everything we have done on it turned out great.  Have never done a prime rib on it but have thought about it.  I usually do the chicken thing and always like it.  I never thought about using it outside.  I will tell the wife about that tonight.

MY schicken looked nice once done,So juciy I bit into a leg and had juices squirt on the ole belly,The bottom tray had 12 oz a bottled water and I made gravy from that with the drippings.Left overs will be diced breast in the gravy with some frozen peas and diced carrots.Over buttermilk bisquets got to get to the store for buttermilk tomorrow.Kinda like pot pies with out the pie crust just bisqutes/ or how ever that is spelled??
