boar blue cheese stuffers.

yumm. toom some homemade cbacon,  mushrroms and sauted them, toom a page from reiny and dimpled them witha glass and loaded them with and topped with blue cheese, when done i coverd witha slice of american damm good i had 2.

Glenn, I use the same amount as I use for a regular burger, but I cook them on the warming rack, tha hangs abouve the grill. cause the bottom get thin and the sides get thick.

This is where a pellet grill more like a convection oven with smoke.
