Once again I need your help.
I'm putting together some new hats for the Eelpout Festival and I was thinking - automatically that of course they would be cuffed stocking caps. That's what I always wear. But it's been suggested to me that a lot of folks like the beanie style too.

So what would you buy a beanie or a cuffed stocking cap.

Thanks
Doug

O.K. let's throw in an M&M party. party3.gif

I've always been a fan of the cuffed hats. I think they fit nicer.javascript:void(0);javascript:void(0);javascript:void(0);

Cuffed.
When you're out in the cold you can always roll down that extra little cuff. Sometimes every little bit helps.

Cuff has my vote since it keeps your head warmer. This way you won't catch cold and start to cuff. When I get cold and start to cuff I put my hands to my mouth and cut my lip if I have the hand cuffs on. Are you going to have matching cuff links and if I'm broke can I put it on the cuff ?

When my time comes I want to be laid out in a fancy cuffin, cuffed hat with handcuffs, cufflinks, and a bottle of cuff syrup in my hand. Don’t forget a nice FAW. KINN'. AE  t-shirt and FAW. KINN'. AE  bumper sticker on my cuffin.

I like the cuffed; my kids seem to like the beanies better (even though I argue with them that they don't keep them as warm)!

All the ones I have are cuffed.  :)  My kids dont even have a choice.  They are still young enough to get what mama gives them

I'd take a beanie, they keep me warm enough.  happy2.gif

You guys this is great feedback. Thanks.
I'm seeing a lot of cuffs. And then of course we have Smallmouthguides cuff medley. Very nice.

I see that even Wyofish responded. I wonder if he's ready to have me as his father again after disowning me for going to yoga classes. Oh Wyofish - welcome home.

OK now that I lost my last post I will try to remember what all I had typed!!!!

The girls at Camp Y have ordered both kinds of hats.  It seems like the one with a roll seem to be worn more often.  Probally due to the cold temps at the last two Eel Pouts.  One can never have enough rolls when it is cold outside ;D

I think it would be nice to have a fleece hat.  The other style ends up leaving rib marks in your head after wearing them for 3 straight days.

Last year I wore a nice old style hat with the flip down ears, and a small visor.  It also came with tons of pins from ski shops in the 80's it was very vitage and very warm!!!!

Just my 2 cents, Jewel

Hey Tiger Muskie
Unfortunately I don't speak very good Canadian. But you guys should definitely come to the Eelpout Fest. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for a place to stay. Check out the Eelpout forum - you might get some helpful information there.

Hope I see you there. We can discuss another Canadian word I'm still trying to learn. Fawkinnae.

Too-kay.
