Cheesy Cheese Burgers

I think a lot of us just put slices of cheese on top of the burger at the end.  Well I like to put cheese inside the burger as well.  I use "high temp cheese" for this.  This cheese has a high melting point.  I use this for my sausage also.  This time I used high temp cheddar cheese.  Mixed the cheese with the burger meat.  Seasoned the burgers with Montreal steak seasoning.  I added slices of provolone and pepper jack on top as well at the end.  Cheeeeeeesy. Used my patty maker for this.  good luck.
