heads or tails?

Question about difference in yield. So there are a doe and buck, same age, say three years. Live weight the buck weighs more? But after processing, which yields more meat? It seems like does are wider in the tail end and bucks are bigger in the head/neck. What are some thoughts on that?

well the bucks will have a bigger front end due to muscular gains of fighting and sparing, does will genetically have bigger hind end for birthing i fi d the same in bear, this year i had a 300 lb sow with a hind end as big as the 400 lb boar i shot last year which had a huge front end mass. on the yeild id thi k youd get more yeald from a doe and and a factormight be some dont take a neck roast or two pending size. but if u talk equal cuts id still have to say doe on the hind end. that me im a ass man.lol. good question!
