1 1/2 lbs hamb.................you can also use or divide half itailian sausage!
I package spaghetti seasoning.
I small can tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
some garlic
I pint tomato juice
some Heinz 57 steak sauce.
onions, salt and pepper
I also add to taste various seasonings, tarragon,  savory, oregano, basil and cilantro.

brown meat, onions add the sat and pepper. when browned add all other ingredients and simmer. serve over sgetti noodles!!!!

sorry guys, one of the few meals I leave the katchup in the frig. however ya got me thinking maybe add it to the garlic bread. which by the way is also homemade.

butter both sides the bread. sprinkle garlic salt on both sides. put on cookie sheet put in oven high on rack . put oven on broiler and toast till brown on both sides!!!!

That sounds great Glen..  I made spaghetti tonight.  Was going to make funeral hotdish/goulash but didn't have elbow mac so made the spaghetti instead...   WITH lots of onions

Yup,that time of year,spaggetti and hotdish time....If time allows I'll make meat balls with burger,ground itailian sausage(hot) and ground lamb,combine with 1 raw egg,bread crumbs and parmcheese,browm meat balls then dump'em into the sauce(pool) and let them get happy for a few hours on simmer.Good stuff.
