when u recenty made ur ring  balongna, yu smoked it in ur new smoker right?  you said you made 25 lbs, were able to fit the entire 25lbs in the smoker, if so what sixe is it? is it a  master built 40" i doing rings this weekend and wanna do it in funky claud, 40 inch master built.

Boar, if you have rods and space them nicely that should work.  the key is is hanging them vs flat.  and if you heat problems some where during the smoking rotate them.  but then remember more time in the smoker.  don't see why that won't work for you.  good luck !!!

yup.im pulling the racks out and putting dowel rods to hang keepi g them seperated enough so they dont touch, jalapeno blue cheese ring balony,  just think on the rotation, jut wondering also,  im doing a 12.5 lb and never done it in the materbuilt befor, like placement, midway in the smomer or near the top, i guesse its experimental time. thank!!

Boar, you should be able to put the 12 1/2 pounds in the 40 inch.  That is what I have.  I used wooden dowels and kept them seperated so they don't touch.  Did a little over my 25 pound batch in the smoker and the rest in the oven.  Next time I will do 10 pound batches so they all go in the smoker.  Should be able to get your amount all in there.  good luck.
