What's everyone's go to tactics for putting walleyes in the boat opening weekend. My go to is Lindy rigs just at first light in 6-10fow. Then the higher the sun gets I'll get out to 12-16fow an pull crank baits. Then as evening approaches we will moving back up to 6-10 fow with slip bobbers. I will have shiners fatheads and leeches in the boat

If we find a school, jig an minnow are my go to. Also might throw ripping rap out(deadly in the summer)

Kill switch works when pulled off, engine kills. Haven't tried it without it sense the first time out.

I used to be a live bait guy and really took care of my bait.  Had shiners, leeches, fatheads.  Now I gave in and just use frozen shiners and jigs.  Glow in the dark jigs...
