Wow, I had to go back 2 and half pages worth of post to find one on the Wild.  They have been looking pretty good as of late and have the big match-up with the Norm Greenless Dallas Stars tomorrow night. Should be a good one, the last one ended up in a shoot-out that went nine shooters a side before the Wild fell to the Stars.

I was starting to think I was the only hockey fan here. The wild seem to have overcome the road problems. I think the game against the stars will be good.
The start of season they looked great but dwindled fast. Then after the allstar break they are looking good again. Hope they keep it going. Our division is so tight right now. I just want to beat calgary and vancouver.
Does anyone know why Rolston wasnt picked for the hardest slapshot competition at the allstar games?

until he pulls a groin again ::)
it's to bad when a team, non in particular, depend on one player to be successful.

we'll keep our fingers crossed for him.

I don't think the team solely depends on one player.  I think he is the most talented, but if you take away a few others, you'd be in the same boat.  there were some others out during that time too... they are healthy again now, with the exception of manny... but fortunately backstrom is doing the job.  but many being out could affect them the same way as gabby being out.

Gabby is talented but glad to see he is becoming more of a team player. In my opinion his first couple of years it seemed to me that he was a puck hog. Not so much anymore.

I like alot of our players but sure do miss Brunette.
I have to say that Rolston is my favorite on the Wild. It sucks he is out tonight versus Dallas.

Well, as expected another great game against the hated Stars of Dallas (for about 11 minutes, that is).   Man, once they pulled Turek we looked like we were skating in wet concrete.  Hopefully the next few at home will get the team straightened out again?
