10# batch, getting ready for a roll in some warm water then I'll finish a few on the grill later. Ya know every time I make these I think of Reinhardt ( then again it is his recipe) . I was snooping around his website and not only hasn't he posted here but he hasnt updated anything there either, man i hope things r good in his world!!

Those look great.  I have always wanted to make them.  RH finally got the recipe the way he liked so I will do it sometime.  I too have wondered why he hasn't been here.  I hope his is ok.  Maybe the nudist colony in his neighborhood has him preoccupied.  I don't blame him.
