Now it's perfect.  My brother in law had hit a turkey a few years ago. Instead of fixing the grill, he just used black duck tape to hold the broken plastic together.  Not to pretty but it worked.  I replace the broken bits with a Billet Aluminum grill made by T-Rex.

  DE, that grill looks great. I might look into putting one in my F-150.

I don't know about other years but for a 2014 F-150, it wasn't too hard to replace.  Actually you keep a lot of the original plastic (around the perimeter and cut out the center part.
