I've been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for a few years...it helps quite a bit
But, I thought there must be something better.
I tried TriFlex from GNC...but it eF'ed with my heart

So, I was just curious if there was something you guys are using.

1500mg Glucosamine with 1500 mg Chondroitin. Two tabs per day. Started with one about 11-12 years ago for pain in one knee. Regular doctor said it was ok when I asked about it during a routine physical. Had pain in the other knee occur about 5 years ago and a orthopedic doctor said it’s ok. Neither one specifically told me to do it, but both sort of encouraged it. Went to 2 tabs about two years ago. Only pain I have now is if I step wrong or physically overdo things, and that doesn’t last. No apparent side effects. Good luck.

Having said that—I think it works well for me, but I know three people who have told me they didn’t feel it helped them at all. I don’t think they gave it enough time. They expected immediate relief.

I agree it takes some time to help.. and generally folks wait til the pain is bad to start...
