Most of the new droid phones have a really large photo file (4 to 9 mb), and will time out when you try to load them on the site giving you an "error"

They must be resized to get them posted. I use this app to get them reduced. It has a "quick resize" function which works well with this site. Here is the addy to find the app in the "google play store"
