Found some of those 6" glow sticks on the clearance table at the local grocery store. They only had 3 left at 50¢ each so I grabbed them. Then, on the way home, I started thinking. I hate when that happens.
Anyway, was that a good price? I didn't see any type of expiration date on them. Is there a shelf life on them? The package says to avoid heat and sunlight. Is cold bad for them?
It's my wife's fault. She let me go to the store without adult supervision.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

So whats your plan with the 3, $1.50, 6"inch glow sticks that may be expired?
Cooking over a open fire is all fun and games until someone losses a wiener!

I know what you are saying. See a sign that says 80% off. WOW! What a deal. You don’t really need it but you buy it since it is such a good deal. Later you find out that even though it was 80% off what they were charging, it is still more expensive than a different retailer’s normal price. I have also seen stores jack the price a month before black Friday just to drop it back down and mark it for sale. :doah:

Plan? Now that's funny. Actually, I use them on my catfish rods while night fishing. Thought I might see if I could rig one up on a tip-up for ice fishing.
