HERE we have a recipe for lamb chops . you marinade the4 chops first  then grill em .  here you go.

   6  1 1/2  inch thick  lamb chops
   2 cups of olive oil
   8 cloves of garlic
   6 sprigs of rosemary
   1 tablespoon of black pepper
   1 tablespoon of kosher salt
   1 teaspoon of nutmeg

put the olive oil,  salt  , pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl  and wisk together. peel the garlic  and put it thru a garlic press  into  the bowl  and mix real well . strip the rosemary off the stem and put into the mixture. take your lamb chops  and cover them with this mixture . ( in a plastic bag  or tupperware ) put into the fridge   for 24 to 48 hours .  remove from fridge  and let standfor an hour . put these on a hot grill for 6  minutes a side .  enjoy !!
