The snow has begun fall.  The ice is at 7 inches.  Please use caution when venturing out.  The snow pack is starting to weight down the center, and causing some slushing.  ATV's are driving out with caution.  Some small fish houses have begun to show up.  The walleye are still hit and miss, but that's nothing new.  In a week or so we'll be getting a more consistent bite.  The pike action is picking up.

As for reg's same as last year.  They will change to 3 limit walleye position in 2008.  IN and out of state fisherman no longer need an ice house license as long as the shelter is occupied.

New for this season at Meadow Creek Cabin Rentals!
We have two day houses for rent  one is 8X8 and the other is 10X12.  The rate with a cabin stary is $50 for the 8X8 and $75 for the 10X12.  The will be $75 and $100 respectively without a cabin stay.

We will also be renting Marcum Flashers  $20 a day or $35 for a weekend.

We have just recently totally remolded our Web Site.  Check it out at www.Meadowcreekliving.org

Happy fishing and stay tuned for more fishing reports
