South of the Metro we had rain starting last night around 530pm or so. That turned to a light sleet for a little while and then stopped around 730pm. It started snowing around 9ish very light but that fun wet stuff and the ground was covered by 1030 when i went to bed.

Woke up this morning to maybe an inch or 2 of the wet snow on the yard and a thin covering on the drive and sidewalks....starting to snow again now.

Still snowing off and on here lightly. Wind gusts are very high this afternoon. Snow is not really amounting to anything as most of it is melting as it hits the road and sidewalks.

 IT IS BEAUTIFUL HERE !! RC AND MYSELF  TOOK A RIDE DOWN TO ELLENDALE  AND IT WAS  NICE DOWN THERE AS WELL. THE SNOW THAY HAD YESTERDAY IS ALMOST GONE TODAY .
