get ready guys... the rivers are going to open up very soon... thoughts from area shops are that this week you could start seeing it.  the coho are staged off the beach under what remains of the ice and as soon as those rivers start to flow wide open, you better get your butts up there for some great fishing.

The North Shore streams are becoming productive. The day time river temps are mid 40's and the night time temps are in the upper 30's.  I have been catching some nice fish this last week.  Most of the fish are staging at the mouths of the rivers.  So don't be afraid to leave the crowds on the river to try the lake.  The streams will be heating up this weekend if the temps up at night a little and some rain would sure be helpfull.
