The lakes around my area are haveing a good sunny and crappie bite right now. Can't reach them from shore in places yet, must go out in a boat to depths of 9-10 fow.

A few places that have an inlet/outlets are starting to show a crappie bite, nothing fast and furious YET.

The rivers have seen the northerns come and go in the spawning. The eyes are going to be done pretty soon then the suckers are gonna be running. Which I look forward to as I have a secret little creek that is about 6" deep til the suckers run, then it's 8" of pure fish. Just go in there start grabbing them and throwing them out. ;D ;D
