Skeeters are out
Well if we had gotten this rain early on in the spring/summer, I bet we would have had more skeeters than we could see through.  I didn't get hardly any skeeter bites till last night.  I got 4 or 5 last night and tonight got ATE UP!  Was out back with the boys slingin some sticks  :whistling: and while I was waiting for my turn it was a slap fest.   

My ground feels softer than it has all season too.  My grass has barely grown but now its tryin -- to no avail.  The dogs will beat down any little blade of grass that dares show its green head.  Less to mow but its a mess.   ::violin:;
