Im a member of the MN Deer Hunters and would like to share with you what I get out of it.  The emphasis is to improve the deer herd & deer hunting and have a good time doing it.  I go to my chapter's meetings and volunteer for a few things here and there.  I really get a sence of helping and accomplishment.  Also, my kids see that its important to me so hopefully they follow in my foot steps.

If you'd like membership info, I could mail you a pamphlet.  Also, check out their website and see what the closest chapter is to you.  If you like it or want to get more info, check out your local chapter's meeting.  My chapter meets 6 time a year.

Yo!  Grute Man. I believe I hunted dear with you last year.  I'm looking at possibly doing some plots for deer and pheasant on some land in S.D.  Believe we hunted out of Rog's cabin. Rog asked if I could do it again this year.  Sounds good.   ::hittingself::

TOO FUNNY!! You made my day!!!!!  Im in La Crosse right now helping out at another job and all I can think of is getting home to go roof that cabin this weekend.  Hope I don't nail my hand to the roof; Id just have to stay up there wouldn't I  ;D

I was just talking about our hunting trip to a co worker today and told him how great it is to share deer camp with good folks like you.

I tried to start a food plot up there once but didn't have the right stuff so it went flat.  Now I got a little corn so will try that this weekend too but again, Im gonna have to rely on Mother Nature.

Well good luck with you SD trip and don't forget, its not safe to hunt alone so let me know if you need company.   ;D ;D ;D

Talk to you soon.

These "new hours" had better only last 2 weeks at the most.  If it goes much longer, I'll be mailin my resume out.

That would be great if Scott and Karl joined us.  I know CJ and I plan on being there.  I wonder if Dan plans on coming back into the fold.
