Forum Policy Location

I have looked around the site & used the search engine & I can't find the Forum Policy, so that I may read it again. Would someone be able to help me out on locating it. I put this topic in this location, as I couldn't find a FAQ type forum to ask it in. If I made a mistake in posting it here, then you have my apology. I just couldn't figure out where else to put it.
Thanks for any help on this. If this topic is to be removed, please PM with any help on finding where the forum policy is located. No harm meant, just wanted to find out the location.

I don't think there is page that shows it, but here is what is says:
