I found this at Menards yesterday for $109 and my wife bought it for me today.  I did also get the optional fire box for the side.  I am kind of excited to go home and put it together.  Did I make a good decision?

I looked at the instructions and it does not look too difficult.  Ask me around 8:00pm after I've spent 2 hours on it and you might get a different answer.

It looks like a great grill and a nice price. I cant imagine it being too difficult to assemble.

It was not too difficult to assemble.  I am just burning my first fire in it right now to clean it out.

Now you are making me think I need to go back out there and light another fire in it.  I let the first one go for about 3 hours so I think I should be fine.  I was thinking that maybe I should stay home tomorrow morning and smoke some ribs.  I'm sure no one would mind if I brought lunch in for everyone.

A friend of mine has that exact same grill.  Seems to work well so far but only used it a couple of times and didn't use the box on the side yet.  He said the red paint on the logo faded right away after using it.  Let us know how it works.

Well  hedrocks ......  i have that same smoker grill .  i have used the heck out of mine  and it still works. i even smoked a suckling piggy on it .  It is a fantastic buy  for a smoker. i only use wood in mine. i never use lighter fluid , only  paper  and a match. hope you enjoy it .

P.S. This is the unit i smoked the brisket on for the party , for those of you that enjoyed it.!!!
