Brats ?
Wondering if anyone try's something other than boiling in beer and grilling. I have a dozen that i think I need to cook up. Thanks in advance

 smoke em  low and slow !!  try it   ...  another way  is to cook em slow  on a grill  and put your favorite bbq sauce on em .
