New PM window not opening

For the past couple of days, when the pop up appears telling me that I have a new personal message and I click on it-It does not open a new window with my personal messages in it like it used to.

This has only been occuring since the other night when Spinach upgraded to the new format.

Is anyone else seeing this same issue? I have not changed any settings on my computer. Thanks Ryan!

It still works for me, was working fine last night and this morning.

Ok, well mine still isn't working...does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this for me then? I have not changed anything on my computer settings at all. I get the pop up saying I have a new PM but when I click on YES to open PM's in a new window it just takes me back to the MNO home page. It has been doing this for a couple of days now. Help!!!

Did you ever get this fixed? Mine works fine still. Maybe you need to adjust your browser settings and allow pop ups for this site.

I have not been able to remedy this situation. I have gone in and checked my Internet settings and do not see anything out of the ordinary that would be causing this situation...I don't know what to do to fix it.

Have you gone into your "profile" at the top of the MNO page and looked under you "personal Message Options"?

yep, that was one of the first things i checked. i have the box checked that says open a pop window when new messages are received. i don't see anything in my internet browser advanced settings that allow me to change anything with pop ups unless i am looking in the wrong place....not too knowledgeable in the Windows XP that we have yet

Do you have the google toolbar or something like that installed that could be blocking the pop-up?

i just found a security settings layer in my internet browser and added mnoutdoorsman.com to it for allowed pop up sites. i hope this fixes it. now i just have to wait for someone to send me a pm to see if it works......

My new pm window is opening again now, it must have been the change in the security settings that I made last night. Thanks for all the great suggestions from everyone on how to get this resolved. I appreciate all the help!  :rock:       ::
