FOREST LAKE - Mikes Bait on 8, 1/2 mile east of 35 on Hwy 8, Rich (651-464-5150)

For some nice keeper walleyes try Clear Lake and for some bigger ones try Forest Lake, but the action has not been as good there.  For sunnies, Chisago has been putting out some good numbers, but on Green the size is a little better.  But a reminder, Green Lake has a slot minimum of 9 inches or bigger for crappies.  The northerns are biting on Sunrise and the bass are going on Chisago and Green Lakes.  The local muskie lakes continue to be okay.
