BAITING
THE RESTRICTION DOES NOT APPLY TO A PERSON HUNTING ON THAIR OWN PROPERTY  PAGE 72    WHATS THIS ALL ABOUT? DONT SEEM FAIR TO THE NON LAND OWNER  I THINK THE BAITING LAWS NEED A GOOD LOOK AT    IN MY OPINION IF YOU CAN BUY A INTESIVE HARVEST TAG YOU SHUOLD BE ABLE TO DO JUST THAT <HARVEST>  THATS WHAT SHOOTING OVER BAIT IS AND WE ALSO SHOULD HAVE SOME FEEDING LAWS  FEEDERS SHOULD BE USED TO PREVENT SPREAD OF DISEASE THAT MAY BE CAUSED FROM EATING OFF A PILE OF FEED THATS BEEN LAYING ON THE GROUND FROM DAY TO DAY  JUST MY THOUGHTS ON THIS
