Guys, I'd like to welcome one of our newest members mnducker aka Al Thomas.
Al is currently the Executive Director of TIPs and would be happy to answer all your TIP/poaching questions.
TIPs is a independent non-profit organization. They work with the DNR enforcement division to stop poaching. Tips are received through a 24-hour phone line which is answered at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources?Enforcement Division and Minnesota State Patrol?Dispatchers, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

TIPs is not a state funded program, they are seperate from the DNR.? For more info on the TIPs program, or to donate, please go to their website at http://www.turninpoachers.com/.
If a gun kills people then I can blame a pen for my misspells?
